To customize your order, simply select the desired customizable product and then follow the prompts to add names, photos or other personalized details. Our made to order process ensures a unique creation made just for you.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
Return/Exchange Policy:
At Pepper's Jewels, we take pride in creating unique, personalized items crafted specifically for each customer.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or with an error on our part. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the rare event that your personalized item arrives damaged or contains an error, please contact our customer support team at info@peppersjewels.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
To expedite the resolution, kindly provide clear photos of the damaged item or the error, and we will promptly assess the situation and provide a suitable solution.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, it enters our production process almost immediately. Once the item reaches the production phase, we cannot cancel or change an order.

The personalization of our jewelry is achieved through laser engraving, which delicately etches designs onto the surface.
To preserve the finish quality, follow the below instructions to maintain the integrity and appearance of your jewelry.

Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals like household cleaners, perfumes, or hairspray, as they can damage the finish over time.
2. Keep Dry:
Remove your jewelry before activities like bathing, swimming, or washing hands. Water exposure can deteriorate the plating.
3. Store Properly:
When not in use, store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a soft-lined jewelry box or pouch, to prevent scratches and tarnishing.
4. Clean Gently:
To keep your jewelry shining it's brightest, gently wipe it with the soft, dry cloth included in your order. Avoid using jewelry cleaners or abrasive materials that can wear down the plating.
